About
Who I Am
I’m a teacher based in Australia with years of experience working in different classrooms. Over time, I picked up on a few key principles that work no matter where you teach. I teach full-time myself and have no intention of stopping. Below are some of the foundations you need to learn if you’re going to make teaching a lifelong career and thrive doing so:
strong relationships
clear expectations
accountability and follow‑through
teacher presence
pausing and resetting
calm awareness
optimistic mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude
With guidance, I can help you establish these and transform your practice.
Running a good classroom is pivotal to you enjoying teaching. It isn’t about being strict or loud. You need strong relationships with your class, and there are multiple ways to do it while still being genuine. Your students will do much better when they know you’re on their side, and trust is built when they know you’ll follow through with consistency and fairness.
